Please note that the block for £375.00 includes phone calls lasting less than half an hour, messages and emails.
Travel is charged at 45p per mile with an additional £30 per hour for journeys exceeding 1 hour
The direct contact hours can be used in the way that suits your child’s needs.
It is recommended that you begin with a 1.5-hour session where we explore how your child experiences their world. Through this introduction to Polyvagal Theory, you'll gain helpful insights into your child's responses and behaviours. This knowledge often brings new perspectives and understanding that can support your child's journey.
Payment for services is due in advance of a block of five hours support or a stand-alone appointment. If payment is not received within 14 days of the invoice due date, a late fee may be applied.
Continued late payments may result in termination of services.
Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that appointment times are limited. To cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the appointment) will be charged at the full hourly rate.
